pi: you've got a lot of homework to do. PSC's have been signed on only 4 of the 6 JDZ blocks where erhe has rights. No time frame can even be WAG'd on ALL of the jdz blocks. The EEZ has not even been divided into blocks yet. ERHE has RIGHTS there, but nothing else yet as it has not progressed. As far as e&P costs go, as long as there is sufficient oil to cover the costs, the formulas are such that the more it costs the more the oil companies make... good luck.
