LOL. If I was Midas and they did send back the cert, I would be sure to check the cert number to see if it matched. According to their line of BS, they were supposed to keep the certs segregated and not to deposit them into any other name. My bet is that if he does eventually get the shares back it will be a newly issued cert which will prove they sold or conveyed the original one.

There can no longer any be any doubt here as to what those goons are. The Fairchild thing would have to be the final straw for anyone who isn't mentally challenged.
