I agree whole heartedly with that statement. This thread has actually turned out to be a nice discussion on TA. I too think the only use for TA is when you are aware a group of people or computer programs are following the same model, one thing I would add is that TA is not much better than chance when a stock crosses a major inflection point up or down, AMD has crossed a major inflection point so any TA will only be as good as chance for the next 6-12 months IMHO. I don’t think INTC crossed a major inflection point though it got a lot closer than I thought it would.
