The Word says that our speech should be to the edifying of they who hear.
Here is what I say to you regarding your post.
Your doubt of the laws of the churches is well founded. Most of the church laws are in as much error as were the doctrines of the Pharisees.
Communion is between you and God, in rememberence of Jesus' sacrifice for us. Who are these self righteousness stiffnecked modern day Pharisees who deny you the blood bought right to relationship with God the Father and Jesus the Son? Are they not these very ones themselves:
1Cr 11:29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body
Umhmmm, they are the very ones not rightly discerning the Lord's body, thereby eating and drinking damnation to their own selves:(
By all means, take communion, in the way Paul instructed, and in the worthy manner he described,,,,which, btw, your accusers are failing to do, themselves. Jesus said "this is my blood,,,this is my body",,,"take, drink, eat, in rememberence of me". I exhort you to obey Him, rather than those religious ones who seek to control you.
