of course I don't know for sure, like I said, thinking out loud and trying to make some logical speculations....all I'm pretty sure of is that any pump is just more gravy.....insiders basically were granted shares, and any shares Herda bought with his own cash are more than offset by all the grants......not even counting the S-8....

they could unload at CURRENT PPS, and do quite well.....maybe they care less about about a pop as much as we do, after all they can walk away with millions of dollars in their pockets, with no change in price at all.....maybe they just want something to SUPPORT the PPS, who knows.....what's going on in KY????......the IA buyout sure makes a nice replacement prop if KY just fades to nothingness, like so many other things.....so maybe we should have a change in attitude, as PPS seems to be telling us.....pop or prop????

BTW, not to toot my horn again, but make an important point.....I've repeatedly said this buyout makes no business sense.....just like I did about the IPTH license, for several reasons (local police and firemen need nuclear materials detectors??? LOL!!!)and doubted they would ever deliver product, or collect the announced $9.7M as originally stated....well, we all know what happened there, IPTH hasn't come close to providing the revenue stream of the original contract, its been molded like silly putty, and Herda transfers HIS deferred compensation to IPTH, for a salary?????....the same Co providing revenue back to NSOL, and not even at the original amount?????......ANYONE should agree THAT stinks to high heaven.....and should tell you something about their methods....

like I said, all kinds of possibilities.....and insiders rarely lose, no matter what the PPS.....they just make different degrees of $$$$$, off the backs of others buying their shares......

then there are those intriguing PMs I get that theorize why there are no 5% threshold filings, due to getting in bed with the short devils.....(I swear to God, and on the lives and graves of my family and loved ones, I got PMs stating that theory.....no idea if its true, but there it is, no stone unturned......and this is from a source I consider savvy in market nuances)......interesting indeed, and probably "legal" to loan shares, isn't it????.....ride talked to Fred, and was told he believed all was "legal"......I hope so, and sure am tired of their "weakness" claims....but then again we know what they said about FRAUD controls in their last 10-Q.....can't guard against it, in a "cost effective manner"....WTF, how many people do they have to keep an eye on?????....can't pay someone $100K a year for controls, with all the gravy they dish out to DB???......real nice, isn't it????....see no evil, hear no evil.....basically I would sum it up as:

"we say we can't afford to DO IT in a cost effective manner, but we are "fully reporting", despite having had "weakness", while issuing millions of shares, and might have "weakness" again....we can't spend the money to keep our own house in order, here's a list of the millions of shares we issued for pennies on the dollar, if you're inclined to get out a calculator".......????????
