Pls explain to me why somebody would want to work for this company as a "consultant" and get compensated with penny shares of stock. I still don't understand your logic. Perhaps you would like to work for them?

By the way, I worked out West this week as a "Consultant" and received payment in US dollars. Not with penny stocks.
