I wonder how many NSS'ers short against stocks that actually bring in revenue.

Apparently, MM's will naked short sell a stock with full intentions to cover just to make a market.

My guess, NSS'ers usually target scams or general POS companies when using it as a tactic to bring the PPS to zero.
