Well folks I just got off the phone with Garvin Harris CEO of the company, and Seemed to be a nice enough guy. he said the way our shares are going to work is when is all said & done you will have the same amount of shares that you started with for free trading, if you want to file them as restrickted then after a year you will get an addtional 15% of shares. so he said it was up to us either way.
And what this company does is raise capital for companies that want to go public, from 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 So thats about it I guess.
