Silver, I've had a couple of pinkies that fit the bill you just presented. But the thing that roused me to action was watching the ineptitude of Intrepid's management and lack of oversight from the BOD. The combination of big dreams and bad business skills produces undeliverable promises and dishonesty--even in people who obviously wanted to be honest. What was obviously lacking was realism and business acumen. Some shareholders got behind Mitch Hart and John Brockage last summer, and you are starting to see the results. This company is owned by the shareholders. If we ALLOW management to destroy our investment, they might just do it. If we communicate very clearly to them that we will hold them responsible for any stupidity, deception or incompetence, then we help them and ourselves.
