Update on SEC filing for CFO Carolyn Ellis: I sent her the links to the SEC filings to see if she would confirm or deny that she was affliated with USGA. She indicated it was some kind of mistake. Nothing surprises me with this company.

Our attorneys are fixing the filing this week. Not sure what happened and they tried to fix it once.
