about factoring, I am one of those who SOMEWHAT disagrees. Factoring of APPROVED invoices, while "clean" is usually at somewhat higher than usual bank rates and also carries with it a slight stigma in that it is looked upon by the credit community as a less desirable means of financing than the usual receivables and inventory bank financing.

With sales increasing like they are, mass production, a good, prompt trade payables history and good financial and balance sheet, they should have NO problem getting regular revolving bank financing.
