We are only guessing but the question remains why would Chris own two similar companies. Carlton and Roadrunner. There has been speculation that Carlton might R/M into Roadrunner. However, Chris has denied that Roadrunner is involved. So, what is left? Yorkville??? He obviously has very close ties with Yorkville and acts as an outside consultant for them. He brings them business and gets a finders fee. Yorkville has been in business for about 7 years and are privately held. They could R/M into Carlton and save a bundle on IPO costs. In the wake of all of that activity a couple dozen new millionaires would be made. You and me for starters. LOL.
