Your chart suggests that deepwater producers will be who carries much of the near future world-wide oil needs.

IMO, with the high cost of deepwater production, O&G will remain high and continue upwards, even.

Given that, literally anyone producing 'profitable' quantities and anyone with 'keys' to increasing existing production by way of technologies, will fair quite well.
