Lets see what ISBL does today. @0.003 again. Hopefully it will break out of this, and with NEWS, have more INVESTORS. This stock needs leadership, not some rapper who THINKS he know how to run a bussiness. SPEND some $$, and get QUALIFIED bussiness men, capable of running a company.
