i remebered it being discussed. so are you saying that debt was something discovered after we got the GSCR?

if that's the case Tom S is a smart guy and should of known the negative effect it would have and in my opinion would of had leverage to re-arrange terms of that debt and being able to pay-off debt on SWVC terms. Don't you think...

There just seems to be a lot of backdoor stuff going on when it came to this whole debt thing for buying the GSCR shell and I just havent seen the reasoning behind it yet.
