"Our Company Is Controlled By The Former Stockholders Of Cuchulainn
The former stockholders of Cuchulainn will own 82.55% of the voting power of the Company. In addition, the executive officers and directors of
the Company beneficially will own approximately 6.8% of our outstanding shares of Common Stock (including all shares of Common Stock
issuable upon the exercise of warrants and stock options exercisable within 60 days of the date hereof). Such concentrated control of the
Company may adversely affect the price of our Common Stock."

So..........NNSR shareholders are along for the ride. Our shares don't mean much.
