do they now pay an additional $8.25 to get a common share

From what I'm reading in the PR, it appears they can exercise
to receive not one, but 1.21551 shares of common (for the Class A)- but essentially you're assumption is correct.

I've actually opened the SB2 of Jan 20, 2007 (exh 4) in the other window to gather the information of the original offering- to find out more about the orignal units.

Will be back with more info.......on these.....unit certs
