CNXT...Can't figure out what I'm missin here...
I went all through their 8k tonight and for the life of
me I can't see where there numbers justify this low a share
price. They have to service a pretty large debt but appear
to have the earnings to handle it...they basically broke
even this quarter and expect the next quarter to be weak
as it historically is for them...
STILL...
Assets = 985.969
O/S = 492.363
PPS = 1.96
I guess if you factor in the debt load of 605.0 the pps
is still above the current trading price of .69 @ 76.9
I realize that T/A is the main focus here but I just can't
ignore the fundamentals, but, even the chart looks pretty
good to me with a nice double bottom already in place here.
I'm not pumping this one by any means, I bought into the
strength here last week @ .75...the fundies have made me
a lot more comfortable with my current position, so I guess
I'm left with trading this one out based on how the chart
plays out. This was a bottom play for me...the mac crossover
got me interested and it's continued climb has kept me in
this one despite the drop I got within MINUTES of entering
this !!! LOL...
I guess you just can't ignore the debt when calculating
valuation but considering the sound fundametnals here, is
that debt load enough to justify the current pps ?
Feed back from anyone familiar with this one would be
appreciated...as a matter of fact...any feed back at all
on this would be appreciated.
catman...ISYA

PS...I'm still tryin to find a happy balance between
crunching the numbers and trusting the T/A skills that
I'm tryin to master...as futile as that may seem to me
now.

Vana Catman fondles his mellons...
