I disagree, usually after an r/s the PPS starts out significantly higher and with the new A/S at 950M the O/S is probably around only 140M...........

We receive Pari Passu...as they have stated before for every share we own of EFGO/Monarc we receive 1 of TLGP aka...Good Life China once the new name change/CUSIP goes through.....
