Monk,,with 441 players they start ya off with 10 people to a table,,every 15 minutes the stakes go up,,start off $15-$30 per bet,,every player starts with $1000 in chips,, so as time passes the bets get bigger and people are eliminated when they lose all their money and usually when someone gets whacked they fill that seat with another player moved from another table so there is always 9-10 players per table,,One deck per table,,it's not like you have to wait, you are playing all the time with 5 minute breaks after each hour,,This last tournament I played (441 people) took 3 1/2 hours to get where i did,,,I did play a big tournament a while back where 1300 people were entered,,took me right at 7.5 hours for that 1 before i got eliminated.
