I sent a new email to the T/A contact person, George Johnson; I know he received my email, now for him to respond. My email:

Mr. Johnson:

Who is legal counsel for Matrix Energy? You had, in response to my previous email, advised that you would forward my email to "legal counsel for the company". To date, I have received no response.

It is my understanding that you represent the transfer Agent for Matrix Energy, symbol MXSV. I have been told by people not associated with Securities Transfer Corp. that, in order to qualify for the round-up provisions contained in Matrix's 14C and 10sbk, that a shareholder had to own shares in the company on or before September 14, 2007. Is this the position of Matrix? Is this the position of Securities Transfer Corp.?

I would appreciate a prompt reply.

Parenthetically, I noticed on your email to me that a copy was sent to Elaine Roennebeck at [e-mail]. I have been advised that she also has an email address at the Nathan W. Drage, P.C. law firm in Holladay, Utah. Is Ms. Roennebeck the legal counsel for Matrix or for Securities Transfer Corp.?

Again, I would appreciate a prompt response. The issues with Matrix have been ongoing since Matrix effected a consolidation of its publicly traded shares on November 23, 2007.
