Eventually even the most diehard supporters of Altomare should wake up to the revelation that he was and is a crook and stole from them under the guise that it was "naked shorters" who were responsible for all their woes. He was living like a king by selling all of that unregistered stock. He used the NSS garbage to confuse the issue.
They saw the selling and the price deterioration. They did not miss that part, but Altomare wasn't likely to say to them "The reason the stock is trading so much volume to the downside is because I have sold unregistered shares at a 50% discount to market so I could go gambling in Las Vegas and the buyers of those shares are dumping", so he came up with the big bad NSS story.
One of these days, they will realize they were taken in by a slick confidence man. As for now, they continue to refuse to believe they have been had and would rather blame it on some widespread conspiracy than to admit that a common idiot like Altomare could have so easily defrauded them with lies.
