People, it's obvious the company is selling shares to pay for expansion. That said, I think it's wise to use the 500 million A/S figure and pretend it's the O/S number. Even using 500 million as O/S, this company currently has a market cap of a measley $1.05 million. Does SRSR ring a bell ? We bought and bought shares at .0005 and were told that Big Apple was almost done selling. Five months went by and then we got a couple of PR's and BAMMMMM !!, an instant 25-bagger overnight. The selling was finished and we were off to the races, or at least SRSR was. I was impatient and sold at .0005 just two days before it skyrocketed. My $1,500 investment would have been worth $37,500 had I just waited another 4 days. LOL. SRSR's pre gold-rush market cap was about $300K, about the same as what we're seeing here.

Bottom line ? When the company has raised the money it needs to fund their latest growth spurt, this baby's going to roar !! I personally am using the number of 500 million for O/S and even at that, this appears to be an incredible steal.
