Rodger O. Riney (61), Director of the Company, has served on the Board of the Company since the Company’s initial public offering and, before that, as an advisory board member of Roundtable since March 1995. He is the President of Scottrade, Inc. (“Scottrade”), a discount brokerage firm he founded in 1980. In 1969, he joined Edward Jones & Co., a brokerage firm, and in 1975 became a General Partner of that firm. Mr. Riney received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering in 1968 and an M.B.A. in 1969, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
