Min/Max Count enhancement request

This would be a more effective filter (for me, anyway) if it could be used to throttle the number of filtered alerts rather than raw alerts as is the case now.

I'm having great success using this to see heavy up/down moves in pre-market action, but I'm missing some stocks if I try to limit the number of alerts displayed since the alert count might be exceeded before all the other filters are true.

Adding a flag to make this trigger on raw or filtered alerts, or adding second set of min/max counts that count filtered alerts would really help control what's sent to the window.
