Well, I deferred to others at the time about the maximum potential shares from the convertibles back during the November release on the debentures. I calculated the estimated maximum o/s and I came up with close to 1.1 billion or so to get rid of YA and Candent.

I knew this number back then and am still not worried about it even now, because value is being added to the shell in lieu of these shares being added. Most other pennies that I see on here just start a dilution bandwagon with no reasoning for the increases, other than to pad pockets.

I expect it will get to a price point where even the most skeptical will be just too tempted to get back in. I truly believe most on here, either for or against this stock, do know that it is legitimate and will one day rise. The vast debate is more about when it will rise...
