The main reason I'm optimistic is because he wouldn't have reactivated the shell and spent all that money for nothing.

Something's gotta be coming, but you're right it is a lotto ticket because we don't quite know what will happen, and there is a chance nothing could happen. That's why the stock sits at 0004.
