FWIW, Drage is being investigated by the FBI; there was a search warrant issued for his office in March of 2006. The below is an excerpt from the affidavit filed in support of getting the search warrant. Drage appealed the search warrant, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals said that they didn't have jurisdiction to hear the appeal...too early in the criminal prosecution process.

Item #3 is an SEC subpoena for some of his trust account records, which the trial court granted. So, Mr. Drage and the SEC are acquainted with each other. How nice.
