Does he want to publicity that this will likely draw in the media or members of Congress and Senate?

It's not Judge Lynch who would worry about the publicity. Why would he even care? As for Congress and Senate, this is an election year. Why would they want anything to do with a twerp CEO that is openly defying a court order? Giuliani's association with Kerik became an issue, so why would any politician give ammunition for their opponents to capitalize on?


Nobody should expect Altomare to take this position as this would be going above and beyond the call of duty, but I do think that Altomare is capable of such a sacrificial feat.

Don't be surprised if you see Altomare bringing in an oversized
toothbrush into court next time in defiance to Judge Lynch.

Imo, we will see after all the PR boasting by Duel Commander Fluffy, that he is NO Rosa Parks or Susan B. Anthony.
