Say it ain't so!
Just because the Delta is a mine field doesn't mean the rest of Nigeria is. A little acreage with seismic indicating a few small structures could be had for peanuts, and drilled for not much more than M&M's. With $30M in the bank and locals wanting the work this company could have oil flowing already, for less than a few million dollars.
But they don't.
To me it looks like they don't want to put in the effort of hiring a few people to run an actual oil producing property. It wouldn't take that much, that's the frustrating part.
ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
