More On Smoltz




Baltia's choice of Mr. Smoltz is an example of good management selection - Smoltz is a professional, who has a long history of being able to manage people and challenges - to the extent that FEDEX sent him as their emmisary to Moscow a year before FEDEX started their Moscow service. He is experienced in managing both succesful flight operations and working within the challenging Russian business culture. I applaud Mr. Dmitrowsky's selection.
