IS GSPG FUNCTIONAL? -Because..

Because when I accessed their PAGE http://www.goldspring.us/ , I found it to be OLD and the links to the right, pointing to their list of "Latest Press releases" are all broken as of 01/23/08 11:26AM

Whenever a Pink Sheet Company puts out a web page (For all the world to see) that is un-maintained for as long as theirs has been, should be a warning flag, among other things, for potential investors..

I'll post running-updates of this company as I further my research on them.

As I also include a company's internal operations with their external presentation(s).

If they're LAZY, to likely will they be with my investment.

But as it stands, they're NOT displaying themselves as a company whose interested in whether they're viewed as "Functional" or not.

So as I learn more and more, I learn to be real with my money and honest with myself without bias.

BUT even still, beware of the following class(s) of investor scammers;
