LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. Announces Brisk Sales for Upcoming Paul Oakenfold Concert

VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 17, 2004 -- LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. ("LIVESTAR" or the "Company") (OTC BB:LSTA.OB - News) today announces that its upcoming live event headlined by Paul Oakenfold, one of the top DJ's in the world, is selling very well. The event also features Peretz (a/k/a rock pioneer Perry Farrell), Liquid Todd and Alex Graham. The show is being held at the 4th and B Concert Hall in downtown San Diego this Saturday, March 20, 2004. Tickets are priced between $30.00 and $50.00 and are on sale at Ticketmaster.

DJ Paul Oakenfold was one of the founding fathers of the acid house scene that swept London in the late '80s and paved the way for the rise of electronica in the '90s. Today, Oakenfold remains one of the most respected and sought-after DJs/remixers in the industry.
In Oakenfold's early career he was an A&R consultant, spreading the hip-hop ethic throughout the U.K. and working for record labels such as Profile and Def Jam. During this time, Oakenfold was responsible for signing hip-hop powerhouses Salt 'n Pepa and Will Smith.
In addition to his numerous DJ gigs, Oakenfold has spent many hours in the studio remixing songs for the likes of U2, the Rolling Stones, Snoop Dogg, Smashing Pumpkins and Bjork. Oakenfold also established his own highly successful record label, Perfecto Records, home to Grace and Man With No Name, among others. In 1998 he was voted "Best DJ in the World" by DJ magazine.
Peretz a/k/a/ Perry Farrell is a true alternative rock pioneer who broke new ground with his work as the driving force and frontman in the band Jane's Addiction and Porno for Pyros. Perry Farrell is also well known for founding the visionary Lollapalooza festival.
