Yorkville Advisors' Healthcare Group

(The companies in this group's Portfolio explain why I was seeing filings like the recent SB-2/A for WaferGen Biosystems Inc. Yorkville is taking "long only" positions in several HealthCare-related companies.

At least a portion of their Healthcare Group portfolio can be seen in the link at the bottom of this post.

I think it's interesting that they use that phrase "long only" in the below. That, combined with the dearth of "anti-shorting" verbiage in Yorkville-related filings, tells an interesting little story IMHO.)
