could this be their seeking for capital ( PR 10.1.2008 ) ??

Management is concerned about the present stock price and is presently seeking the capital to meet the demands of distribution and product development with the dilution in mind. While management agrees the stock price is undervalued, it is encouraged by the many steps that have been taken to accomplish objectives in the business plan.

would be interesting to know some details of that last deal !! GLTA
