Good point in4it

I believe that consolidation as a whole is eminent industry wide. Most funding thus far has been provided by the VC's or hedge funds. I suspect all are seeking to establish solid foothold to get to revenue production. Only problem is that not all will make the grade. The sum is always greater than its parts...
