Re CFO: Brad returned my email this morning and said when they hired the CFO Jim C, he made it known that he had another part-time opportunity as well and that one of the 2 companies would have to offer him a full-time position. The other company did and Brad said they simply do not need a ful time CFO at this time, so the CFO took the other position and resigned with regrets. I also told him in my email that I assumed he was being pummelled with emails. He said actually he received only one other re the 10Q release. Therefore it doesn't look like too many other investors are asking him questions. To me that is more shocking than the 10Q itself particularly when we got posters who want to haul off and file a class action suit..which in my humble opinion would be a meritless waste of time and $$. The only people who benefit from that type of suit are the lawyers.
