Reverse Split Round Up Share Plays

mxsv has the lawyer and he is saying not a chance. brokers are saying its at a broker dealer level and a non dtc type round up. so basically it doesnt look good. sort of like HBDY. its prob going to loom for months on end to nothing. brokers who gave round ups prematurely are reversing them so there should be a short on it. about 40k sold since the round up and only 90k o/s. Im guessing at least half of that is short maybe more but just a guess. seems like a lot of 500 lots were sold during that time.


hldi one i havent followed. i heard people saying that they were having trouble with the payout and the dates as well but i really didnt pay that much attention. someone else here should know.


IPOR same issue as mxsv. all the certificate wording in the filings will prob make the round ups never happen.
