Lots of things suggest we are there. The only things I've seen that say otherwise are the NYMO and Les's scans. The BPNDX is a little high still as well.

I'm looking at more bear market indicators tonight than I have at anytime since early 2003. Most of that stuff was useless the past 5-years.
