Peter did not go to a bank because Carnes is good at what he does.. Peter may know a bunch about the business he is in but knows little about the garbage in the stock market.. Just look at Carnes track record... Any informative investor would run from a stock he is involved with.. Getting rid of him is a blessing but IMO I bet he is buried in a short position on RVGD.. Putting out a word like DESIRES to give a dividend is a giveaway... He had to have a way to issue that PR the dividend was the means... The giveaway was the word DESIRES... SEC should shut him down.. Just my 2 cents..
