First, Carnes ain't gonna "kill" no runs with a measley 240 million shares of a sub-penny stock. That can easily be absorbed, relatively speaking for a stock trading at such a low pps. The only way Carnes can "kill" a RVGD run is if he shorts billions of shares. And as Carnes admitted, he only got 240 million, legitimate shares. He should've just kept his mouth shut as the threat of raising the A/S and dumping billions of shares is far, far scarier than facing a piddly 240 million shares.

Second, Carnes is supposed to own 40% of RVGD, no? Tell me, how in the hell can someone who owns, owns something, not care about it? You just confirmed what a snake Carnes is.

And finally, what does Carnes have to gain by pps going down? If he has 240 million shares, he would benefit more by the pps rising, than by it dropping. Even if his basis in the shares is zero, he still makes more money selling at, say .02 then he does selling at .002, does he not? Not would assume, of course, that he still has any shares.

I think, Carnes already shot his wad and doesn't have any shares to sell, and/or converting those 240 million shares won't be as easy as he is trying to lead us to believe. Peter has a say in how those shares are converted, and I've been in touch with Peter

Seems to me that Carnes has a vested interested in seeing the pps decline. No one that owns 240 million shares of a stock wants to see the price decline. If someone didn't own any shares but in fact shorted shares, thinking he could drive the company into the ground and never have to cover, now that's someone who has an incentive to see the pps decline.

Fear not, TPL's on the case.
