There's junk in XP I don't care for, and by the time one would "have" to switch to it, there will be better alternatives. Just because 98 isn't supported any more doesn't mean it's broken. The key on slower computers is having enought memory. I'm running a P350 with 256meg. QT works fine on it and I have it doing 14 real time charts. Of course after yesterday, I'm wondering what I need the charts for. <g>
