Here are some suggestions for the company:

1) Ken resigns from all positions including giving up his preferred shares, chairman position, his position as attorney for the company as well as for any holding companies. His mismanagement has destroyed the company and he would have to remove himself totally from it. That would restore SOME confidence, but people would be sceptical he was still involved. BTW he would never do this because this is all about his ego and his wife's "acting" career. His wife also would have to have nothing to do with company including not being the female star of the movies. If she is involved people know that Ken's greasy paws are still involved

2) Company pays the dividend it owes to shareholders immediately and pays extra to make up for this..

3) Never reverse splits again..

OK, that would be the first start... once they achieve those goals I could give more suggestions, but NOTHING can be accomplished by the company until these first things are done... my suggestion, invest in a company that has MONEY.. has a REPUTATION and does not have a track record of screwing up every project. Even if they were able to magically raise the money they need to do another movie, whats to say it wont end up being the same cluster screw as SIIR? Back then the company had more money and a better reputation. And then even IF they get all the way through without complications, what is to say they will actually sell a project and make a profit? And that would be a year or two away if they started filming soon. And even if they make money with a future project, they already have debts owed and private investors who they owe money, not to mention legal judgements, lawsuits etc. You get the idea.... even if they get more investors, I feel sorry for these people because chances are those people will also suffer as will new shareholders after a reverse split. Take a look at the chart... it looks like a ski slope.. and look at it over a period of YEARS and you will get the idea of what the future holds. Once they reverse split the price will go back to this level in a matter of months as it did with Muller Media, which was another Eade company..

All just my opinion of course..
