Dug up some more information here (one of my hobbies lol)

I am really trying to find out what Baltia is doing behind the scenes awaiting DOT response. I do know that last month Baltia staff completed a special certification training course conducted by PAS Group, at JFK for compliance with the Air Transportation Oversight System (ATOS) standards. The purpose of the training was to assure that Baltia’s preparation of Air Carrier Manuals is in compliance with the latest Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) requirements and the latest Safety Attribute Inspection (SAI) requirements. From what I remember, I recall not being able to get anyone on the phone as they were in these classes at the time. Will keep digging as time permits and will post anything else I may find.
