I just think that it trades awfully low for a fully reporting company.

It does, but there are others out there too that have a low os that are fully reporting. I mentioned ABPH in an earlier post - also, MOVT and MSTF - take a look at the os and prices on those. Not too many of them out there, but they do exist.
