The problems are related to, again, an unregulated mortgage sector -- where Wall St packaged "creative" lending instruments. Then there's the unregulated energy trading markets... Again, if the Decider actually wants to create economic stimulus he should move to "CLOSE THE ENRON LOOPHOLE" immediately. Capitalism may be the best system in the world, but an unregulated system goes to shiit -- always... Papa Cheney will never let the Decider screw with the energy windfall, tho...
