I had the opportunity to read about all the activity on this board, It seems to me that this is a real company with a destroyed reputation because of Ken's reputation as CEO. Does anyone on this board have any productive suggestions for this company?

At any point these guys have the option of closing their doors, however everyone I had a chance to talk with at the company including production staff, show up to work everyday in order to make Imperia a successful company. The company has a long way to go to restore investor confidence, I think that they are making all the right moves to get there.
