You may want to check with Christine Berni at IR. She has told two people I know that there are (fully diluted) 1 billion shares. She was asked to recheck that number and came back with the same answer.

In addition, she revealed that Mr. Garfinkel has a 9% royalty from COPI on the patents he holds on the software. I can find no filings that spell out that royalty.

I think COPI has upside from here, but we have to get a handle on what IR is saying and if true, why these numbers aren't known to everyone?
