I sure can't find much fault in what they decided to do with the cash...
from an "investors" point of view, this is a nice development,
which should, in tern, create the kind of stiuations that traders like as well.

PS...I'm no longer following this company very closely, I'm
out and don't expect I'll see my .09 now. I've yet to
crunch the numbers on this deal but anytime that you reduce
the O/S AND increase the companies assests by reducing debt,
you many not see the PPS change but what I call 'fare value'
definately comes up. After the last quarter it was around
.04 or 5 as I recall...any improvement on that has to make
there long term investors happy.
