The Spooz office is closed today. I called the number and it was forwarded to a person on call in software support. He reckons that SpoozCharts is a monthly fee.

I'll call the office back tomorrow and findout for certain.

The fact that they have an on call person for support only leads me to the conclusion that there is software out there being supported.
